Welcome to the Higher Education Library - Procurement [H.E.L.P.] which aims to provide help with the various procurement issues that can arise within your institutions. H.E.L.P. is an on-line 'facility' and should be viewed as ever-changing with new material being added or current material being updated, on a regular basis. The usefulness and success of this Guide will rest with you, the users. It has been developed to help you, however, it is important that it is kept up-to-date and this is where you come in. It hoped that you will bring forward suggestions of material that should be added or updated, useful web-links etc.

How does it work'

The Guide currently consists of 2 'Books'
• A Good Practice Guide containing general guidance material on day-to-day procurement and puchasing issues
• Sample Documentation containing various types of documents that are provided as starting documents for you own needs

Within each Book there are sections containing internal links to material within the Guide and external links to other web sites.
